Issue/Rationale Attorney-Client Session pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8).  This is closed to the public.  The Board members and their attorneys will discuss settlement negotiations, strategy and litigation expenditures regarding the case of Patrick Capriola v. Clay County School Board and Linda Turner.  In attendance will be Attorneys Bruce Bickner and Timothy Strong, Superintendent Ben Wortham, Board members Carol Studdard, Frank Farrell, Janice Kerkes, Lisa Graham and Charlie Van Zant.  It is expected that this will last 30 minutes after which the regular Board meeting shall be reopened.
